Q: What are your “vital stats”?
A: Single, no kids, entire family lives out of state (SC and Ohio). One overweight, spoiled cat named Punkin who thinks he’s a dog. I work full time as an admissions counselor for Career Quest Learning Center. I’m a recent graduate from University of Phoenix where I finally completed my bachelor’s degree in Human Service Management. (Better late than never!) I grew up in the once-small town of Medina, Ohio. I moved to Lansing and worked as a houseparent at the Lansing City Rescue Mission and Sisters Maternity home for three years and as the director at Pregnancy Services of Greater Lansing for 10 years. My current hobbies include biking, swimming, traveling around the beautiful state of Michigan, and spending time with friends.
Q: What are your passions?
A: Grass roots ministry, helping others discover the gifts and strengths God has given to them.
Q: Women want to know...what is your favorite indulgence?
A: CHOCOLATE!!
Q: Now dream big here, if (huge if!) you had a day to yourself with no chores or obligations, how would you spend it?
A: I would go to Lake Lansing Park with my Bible, a book or two and a notebook. Meet a friend or two for lunch and keep eyes open to whomever God would direct me. Then I would feel guilty over not getting my laundry done! lol
